Ram wins JD Power's 2021 Initial Quality Study
For the first time, Ram has ranked number one in the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study. This study measures the problems experienced by owners in the first 90 days of ownership to determine the initial quality of the vehicle.
Two years ago, Ram was 21st in the study, but its quality has greatly improved with a jump to Number 3 in 2020, and Number 1 this year.
